All UK orders include Standard Delivery by Royal Mail 1st class post. Special Delivery for urgent orders is available at extra cost.
Orders out side the UK do attract an additional delivery cost of between £2.00 and £4.00. (3 Euro and 6 Euros) Skiloop Limited reserve the right to add this cost to orders placed for delivery outside the UK, if not calculated correctly at time of customer order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched the day your order is placed, using 1st class Royal Mail (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order then it is not a problem. You should call or email us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order has already been despatched, you can still cancel your order, but you will be liable for the delivery charge. We will provide you with a refund for the amount you paid, less the delivery charge incurred by Skiloop Limited.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the products you have received, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We offer a no-quibble 14 day money back guarantee on return of the goods, unused with their original packaging

Non-acceptance of an order

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the  completion of payment of the products ordered. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions above.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock, you will be advised and offered a refund.
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions
